Lan moved to Orange in 1995, attending St Joseph’s Primary, James Sheahan Catholic High, and then Charles Sturt University for business and marketing. He started his real estate career in 2010, founded Our City Real Estate in 2018, and has deep ties to the community.

Lan is a sports enthusiast, he sponsors local cricket, netball, and golf clubs and coaches at United BJJ. He has raised over $20,000 for the Stars of Orange Dance for Cancer and supports the Running for Premature Babies charity. Lan and his wife have a son.

Fun fact: Lan has a purple belt in Jiu Jitsu
