Born and raised in Orange, Richelle attended Orange Public and Orange High Schools before studying teaching at Charles Sturt University. After 15 years of teaching, she transitioned to real estate at Our City, driven by her passion for property, renovation, and interior styling. Outside of work, she enjoys sports, shopping, puzzles, travel, and family time. Richelle and her husband have three lovely children.

Fun fact: Richelle played golf as a junior and was the first female junior captain at Duntry League.
